Processing Time

All wigs are made to order.
Please allow 10–21 business days (depending on the complexity of your order) for processing, customisation, and quality checks before shipment.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

• UK Orders: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

• International Orders: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at the time of purchase. Yemiolahair is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
