At YemiOla Hair, each luxury wig is handcrafted, customised, and styled to meet your exact specifications. Because every unit is made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances once an order has been confirmed and processed. This includes situations of change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction due to personal preference.
To ensure you receive exactly what you envisioned, we encourage prompt and clear communication during the ordering process. Please provide all necessary details regarding your preferred cap size, lace type, length, color, and style before production begins.
If there are any issues or concerns with your order upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the matter where appropriate. While refunds are not offered, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction through professional support and clear communication.
