You don't have to, if it's not your first wig with us, It's recommended if you are unsure. We offer a free virtual consultation to discuss your desired style, cap size, lace type, and customization details. It helps ensure your wig is made perfectly for you. - Is the consultation really free?
The consultation has a small, non-refundable booking fee that goes towards your final wig purchase, making it a credit toward your order. - How long does the virtual consultation take?
Consultations typically last 20–30 minutes, giving us enough time to understand your preferences and answer any questions. - What happens during the consultation?
We’ll go over your desired look, color, length, density, lace type, and take you through our wig options. You’ll also receive professional guidance on measurements, install and care. - Can I reschedule or cancel my consultation?
Yes, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. The consultation fee is non-refundable but will remain as a credit for your future purchase, valid for 30days.

How long does it take to receive my wig?
Custom wigs usually take 10–21 business days to process, depending on your design and color customizations.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
How will I know when my wig has been shipped?

Yes — our wigs are made with 100% raw human hair and can be safely styled with heat tools, though we recommend using a heat protectant.
